- Express delivery: 2-4 business days at INR 80.
- Free delivery on orders above INR 300.

Tracking and delays
- Tracking numbers are shared by email/SMS once shipped.
- Delivery delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak periods.
Failed delivery and address changes
- Courier may attempt redelivery if first delivery fails.
- After two failed attempts, parcel is returned and re-shipping charges may apply.
- Address updates are allowed within 12 hours of ordering.
- Address changes are not possible after shipment.
Lost or damaged shipments
- Lost-in-transit packages are investigated with courier, with replacement or refund support.
- If package arrives damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photos.
