Return process
- Contact support@fullmoonstyles.com within 7 days with order number and images (if damaged/defective).
- After approval, return address or pickup details are shared.
- Return shipping is covered for defective/incorrect items; otherwise customer bears cost.
- Share tracking details after dispatch (if applicable).
Refund process
- Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refund is credited to original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges and cancellations
- Exchanges are available for size-related issues.
- If requested size is unavailable, refund or store credit can be chosen.
- Order cancellation is available within 12 hours of placing order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
