4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your package.

5. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand during sales/festive periods.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, cannot be returned. Please make sure to check the product details before purchasing.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or full refund for defective items at no additional cost to you.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
